I thoroughly enjoyed Dr Harish's Online Laughter Yoga Teacher Training Certification Course. From the very first video it got me laughing. This fun course is packed with facts on how laughter can boost your mental and physical well being aswell as lots of useful Laughter Yoga exercises that you can practice either on your own to uplift your mood or with your clients. At first you feel like you are faking laughter but it very quickly becomes real. In the current times we live in we need to spread natural happiness without the need for anti depressants or stimulants more than ever.
